Review:
There is only one regional manager that oversees more than one of their group homes. Without a full-time manager in the home daily, the residents are being neglected. A group home is only as good as it's management. Community outings other than tagging along to the supermarket are a rarity. The day program is mostly watching television. My child has had several injuries with no explanation as to how it happened. No one ever witnesses these injuries severe enough that it is guaranteed my child has cried out when they have happened. The communication is very poor on the part of the staff at Broadway to the point where emails with direct questions are ignored and phone calls not returned. There is one staff there that is exceptional and pulling the weight of the work at the house. Sadly, good staff when taken advantage of and not recognized or compensated appropriately eventually leave.
