Bancroft - 2 Stars

Location: Cherry Hill & Burlington Day Prigram

Care Needed: Behavioral interventions (e.g. communication assistance)

Length of Care: 1 year - 5 years

Review:

My son attended both the Jacob Schaeffer and Burlington day programs for less than 3 years. He never received a specific behavior plan to support his behavioral needs. He was in the ER several times for aggressive assaults from other clients. Director and managers have little input into changes that will take place in the Program. Changes in staff at the Program are not communicated to families. The day programs are driven by decisions from the executive staff and not the managers on the ground.
