It has truly been one of the worst agencies for my son. Poorly trained staff, missed medications, dirty clothes, no community outings, and local police seemed to be at day programs and houses on a daily basis. Our only hope is the new agency coming in will be able to straighten out this catastrophic mess we find ourselves in"
