Youth Consultation Services - 1 Star

Location: Willingboro, NJ

Services Needed: Behavioral interventions (e.g. communication assistance)

Length of Care: 6 - 12 months Review:

This group home does as little as possible. They are rude and unprofessional with me, the parent, and say unkind things to my two children in the home. The home is professionally disorganized, lack of communication between staff, not getting referrals for insurance, etc. They don't like parent involvement with doctors and don't like questions asked. Emails are not returned. Medical issues are not handled properly and in a timely manner. Nothing is done unless it is on a blue script, and even then, it's not always followed through. My young men get their meds, food (processed and frozen), a roof over their heads. The rest they don't put much effort into, such as the emotional needs, your child's mood, developmental age.
